Bhalla shall be available at Winter Sectt Srinagar from Dec 24

SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 21: Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Mr. Raman Bhalla will be available in Winter Secretariat from December 24 to 28, 2012 to redress the grievances of people of Kashmir Division.All those desirous persons are hereby intimated to visit Winter Secretariat for apprising the Minister about their problems and getting their grievances redressed.
