04, INB NEWS KASHMIR:- Kupwara police has issued a look out notice regarding an
absconding murder accused Fayaz Ahmad Shah. A person who will assist police in
his arrest will be suitably rewarded and his identity will be kept
confidential. Superintendent of Police District Kupwara
issued a notice regarding Fayaz Ahmad Shah son of Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Shah
resident of Sever Malgund, Lolab, Kupwara who is evading arrest in FIR No
07/2012 under section 302 RPC of Police Station Lalpora. A girl Ameera died in
mysterious circumstances on 16/02/2012 in village Sever Malgund, Lolab. Kupwara
police during the investigation of the case cracked the mystery and arrested
five persons so far involved in the murder including the father and the brother
of the deceased. However, Fayaz Ahmad Shah who was working as a Home Guard
volunteer is still at large.
