Srinagar, March 17,: Blaming Indian Security Forces for committing heinous crimes in Kashmir, Grand Mufti Bashir-u-Din Sunday said that unabated killing of innocent Kashmiri’s at the hands of security forces amply shows the wicked designs of India.“On the pretext of militancy, security forces have let loose a reign of terror in Kashmir. Indian has crossed all limits violating human rights in Kashmir. We cannot tolerate any more crimes being committed by Indian troops. We are living under siege and India is treating us like bonded salves,” Grand Mufti told that nowhere in the world people are killed for pelting stones.Grand Mufti Bashir-u-Din blamed Indian security forces for widespread abuses in Kashmir. He said that since 1989, when the situation became very critical, hundreds of thousands of Kashmiri boys are missing and hundreds of thousands more have been killed. “We have no knowledge about our loved ones, the killing continues unabated, and the situation is still simmering. Our young and teenage girls were raped by Indian forces and thousands of houses were torched by them,” he said.Grand Mufti further said India has to accept this reality that Kashmir is a disputed territory and it has to be resolved as per aspirations of people of Kashmir. “There is a UN resolution on Kashmir. India must fulfill its commitment,” he said.
