Minister for R&B Mr. Abdul Majjid Wani while replying to a question by Mohammad Amin Bhat informed that the total requirement of funds on account of compensation of land for Kilam-Devsar road as assessed by the Revenue Authority is Rs. 73.23 lakh, of which Rs. 7 lakh are available with the District Development Commissioner, Kulgam.The Minister said that rest of the amount to the tune of Rs. 66.23 lakh as and when received would be paid to the rightful land and structure owners
